How are my saffron bulbs shipped?
We ship our bulbs in temperature-controlled conditions to maintain freshness and quality. Orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

When do you ship my order?
For the USA:
- Orders placed before July 30th will arrive by mid-August;
- After August 15th, expect your order within 7 business days;
- Shipping for the Fall planting season runs until October 30th.
For EU:
- Orders placed before June 30th will arrive by mid-July;
- After June 30th, most European deliveries take 3-7 business days;
- Shipping for the Fall planting season runs until October 30th.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
What should I do if my bulbs arrive damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged bulbs. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Do I need an import permit?
When buying your saffron bulbs from the United States, at Roco Saffron you don't need an import permit. Starting mid-August, all our physical inventory is located in the United States. We ship directly from there—so no worries, we take care of all the paperwork.
When buying Crocus sativus bulbs from other countries (like Canada, South Africa, and Australia), you need to apply for an import permit. Read what it is and how to apply.
